With direct experience recruiting candidates, managing accounts, winning new clients, negotiating contracts, executing RFP’s and leading sales teams, she understands the recruitment cycle inside and out and is adept to lead all aspects of the process. She is versatile and able to build rapport with field staff to C Suite executives and everyone in between; her genuine and curious approach lends itself to long lasting relationships.
